Skeleton System

Everyone has a skeleton. It what keeps our bodies in shapes. Pre-K Friends learned that our skeleton made up of 206 bones. Do you know that babies are born with much more bones but with years some bones grow together forming one bone. As we grow our bones grow. When we will be 25 years old, our skeleton will be completely mature.
Every bone in a body has a name.
Remember that the skeleton gives us shape, protects our organs and helps us to move around. We should take good care of our bones. Firstly, drink milk and eat dairy products like yogurt and cheese. Secondly, exercise. And thirdly, protect your skeleton by wearing a helmet when you ride a bike or play active games.
